Compensation:
$21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
- Post daily cash receipts from multiple sources and apply payments to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and overpayments.
- Reconcile cash activity to bank statements and assist with month-end close.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
- 3–5+ years of experience in cash posting or payment processing.
- Proficiency in Excel; multi-entity experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a high-volume setting.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); Salesforce experience is a plus.
