Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales & Management Trainee to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This temp-to-hire role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise and leadership skills while contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers, manage relationships, and support operational initiatives to drive revenue. This position is onsite and provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Compensation:
$18.50/hour + monthly commission
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Management Trainee:
- Generate new business through outbound calls to retail and wholesale leads, previous customers, and prospects
- Manage time effectively to maximize customer outreach and appointment setting
- Support inbound call handling and assist with inventory management on auction platforms
- Collaborate on special projects and contribute to team objectives
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ability to learn new systems
