Job Title: Trust & Estates Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Trust & Estates Paralegal to join our client’s team in Naples, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a key role in supporting estate administration and trust management processes. The position involves preparing probate pleadings, estate tax filings, and trust accountings while ensuring accuracy and compliance. After an initial 90-day onsite training period, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Compensation:
$80,000 – $90,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Trust & Estates Paralegal:
- Prepare probate pleadings and related legal documentation
- Draft and file federal estate tax returns
- Manage trust and estate accountings, including funding calculations
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust & Estates (or a mix of 2–3 years paralegal experience with legal assistant work)
- College degree or paralegal certificate required
- Strong knowledge of estate administration and tax processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
