Compensation:
$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant:
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents with precision and accuracy
- Manage electronic filing for state, federal, and appellate courts
- Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and process billing and expense reports
- Organize case files and ensure proper handling of paper and electronic documents for hearings and trials
- 3–5 years of experience in a legal administrative role
- Background in commercial litigation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
