Job Title: VP, Revenue Cycle Management Services
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a VP, Revenue Cycle Management Services to join our client and lead initiatives that optimize revenue cycle operations and drive financial performance. This executive role will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The position is 100% remote with domestic travel for onsite client visits (typically 3-day trips) and is offered as a direct hire opportunity for a seasoned leader with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Compensation:
$200,000 – $250,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Remote VP, Revenue Cycle Management Services:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and maximize reimbursement.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Skills for the Remote VP, Revenue Cycle Management Services:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in revenue cycle management leadership within healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically for client visits (typically 3-day trips).
