Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Mortgage Recruiter to join our client and lead high-volume recruiting efforts for mortgage sales roles. This position will focus on sourcing and hiring experienced Loan Officers and other mortgage professionals to support business growth. The role is fully remote, available as a contract opportunity with potential for conversion.
Compensation:
$40–$50 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours in your local time zone

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Mortgage Recruiter:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Loan Officer positions and other mortgage-related roles
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently
- Proven experience recruiting for mortgage and high-volume sales roles
- Background in mortgage lending; prior Loan Officer experience is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Workday and Phenom experience a plus)
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
