Job Title: Regulatory Performance Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Performance Analyst to join our client’s team in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations impacting health insurance operations, including billing, enrollment, and claims. The analyst will provide regulatory guidance, monitor compliance risks, and collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, working on-site Tuesday through Thursday with standard business hours Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Up to $43.59 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours; on-site Tues–Thurs
Key Responsibilities of the Regulatory Performance Analyst:
  • Interpret and analyze federal and state regulations, delivering actionable guidance to operational teams.
  • Track and manage corrective action plans (CAPs) to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
  • Partner with business units to address compliance gaps, document updated processes, and verify remediation efforts.
  • Monitor operational indicators to identify trends and escalate potential compliance risks proactively.
Qualifications and Skills for the Regulatory Performance Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in managed care, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong background in compliance and familiarity with health insurance regulations, including the Affordable Care Act.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; legal research experience or JD preferred.
