Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Vehicle Specialist to join our client in Camden, NJ. This is a temporary position, working 100% onsite. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of the corporate vehicle program, ensuring timely coordination of vehicle assignments, deliveries, and service requests. You will also provide exceptional customer support to employees and partners while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Vehicle Specialist:
- Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, and assignment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare documentation for employee vehicle sales and leases, and communicate delivery details to retailers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Assist with vehicle service requests and act as backup for employee vehicle deliveries when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in administrative roles; automotive industry experience is a plus.
