Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a BSA Analyst to join our client’s team in Sewell, NJ. This is a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity where you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal and state banking regulations. The BSA Analyst will support the organization’s efforts to detect and prevent financial crimes by monitoring transactions, investigating alerts, and maintaining accurate documentation. Compensation:
$55,000 – $60,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the BSA Analyst:
- Investigate and resolve alerts generated by the bank’s anti-money laundering systems
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary
- Review new account documentation to ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program requirements
- Monitor cash and transaction activity for high-risk customers
- Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned by management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance
- Familiarity with financial crime risk management tools or similar software
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, including deposits and lending
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
