Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team and deliver exceptional support to existing customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for borrowers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This is a 100% remote position offering a long-term contract opportunity with room for growth into advanced roles within the department.
Compensation:
$19/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST (shifts vary within this range)
One rotating Saturday per month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to inbound calls from current borrowers and provide accurate information.
- Assess customer needs and determine whether to resolve issues directly or escalate to specialized teams.
- Deliver a positive customer experience focused on satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in outbound campaigns, including introductory calls for product offerings, using scripted guidelines.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable following scripts and meeting performance targets.
