Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX. This role is critical in driving top-tier hiring strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience within the security industry. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and maintaining compliance. This is a direct hire position requiring onsite work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for remote work.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Develop and update job descriptions for new and existing roles
- Post and manage job requisitions across multiple platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Source and engage candidates proactively to build strong talent pipelines
- Coordinate and oversee the interview process, ensuring excellent communication and candidate experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information
