Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity working onsite during normal business hours (Monday–Friday). In this role, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, optimize property performance, and support revenue goals. Compensation:
$125,000 – $130,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, and community experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
