Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our client’s team in Mt. Laurel Township, NJ. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position where you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations. The Shipping Clerk will ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, returns, and inventory updates while maintaining compliance with safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative logistics team and contribute to efficient supply chain processes.
Compensation:
$21/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk:
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory records
- Process returns and RMAs, including inspections and documentation
- Prepare and package products securely for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
