Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join our client in
Mt. Laurel Township, NJ. This is a
temp-to-hire opportunity, working
onsite. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery.
Compensation:
$22/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer concerns, including refunds, returns, and exchanges, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems; proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to engage with customers directly
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
