Key Responsibilities of the CRM Coordinator:
- Process and evaluate new customer accounts and accurately enter data into CRM systems.
- Maintain and update customer information, including licensing details and account changes.
- Organize and categorize documentation within digital systems for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and support audit readiness.
- Minimum of 6+ months of experience in data entry, CRM management, or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret customer applications accurately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
