Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Recruitment Specialist to join our client’s team and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for legal professionals. This role will focus on sourcing top talent, managing the hiring process, and supporting onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days onsite per week and is a direct hire opportunity.
Compensation:
$70,000 – $85,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Recruitment Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for legal roles
- Create and post engaging job advertisements and outreach messages on professional platforms
- Support onboarding processes, including reference checks, document collection, and scheduling training sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals
- Assist with talent acquisition projects and initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience in legal recruitment or within a law firm environment
- Strong understanding of law firm operations and various legal practice areas
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting
