Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Manager to join our client and lead resource planning and portfolio management efforts across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing workforce allocation, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and project execution. Compensation:
Up to $150,000 annually + annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Capacity Portfolio Manager:
- Oversee resource management, including skill mapping, allocation, and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization.
- Drive adoption and effective use of project portfolio management tools and develop dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
- Support strategic initiatives by partnering with leadership to define priorities and track execution across functional roadmaps.
- Analyze resource and capacity data to inform decision-making and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align goals and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience; 3–5 years in resource or portfolio management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with portfolio management tools and dashboard/report development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
