Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our client by guiding new hires through a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring candidates complete all pre-employment requirements efficiently while feeling welcomed and prepared for their first day. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams, new employees, and leadership to keep onboarding processes organized and compliant. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Cherry Hill, NJ, operating during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
$22.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the HR Onboarding Coordinator:
- Facilitate all post-offer steps including documentation collection, screenings, and orientation preparation.
- Support high-volume onboarding cycles and assist with coordinating large hiring groups.
- Verify credentials, complete employment authorization steps, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Monitor onboarding progress within internal systems and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders.
- Assist with health compliance requirements and contribute to administrative projects and hiring events.
- Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or orientation support.
- Experience onboarding or engaging new hires is strongly preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat, welcoming, and engaging communication style.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive conversations confidently.
- Experience with HRIS platforms is helpful; Workday knowledge is a plus.
