Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client to support customer inquiries related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and claims. In this role, you will deliver high-quality service while ensuring every interaction is accurately documented and resolved with care. This is a
remote position; however, candidates must
reside within the Philadelphia, PA; Columbus, OH; Salt Lake City, UT; Houston, TX; or Bloomington, MN metro areas. This opportunity is
temp-to-hire and ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, customer advocacy, and working in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Compensation:
$18.90/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST
(No weekends or holidays)
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Route escalated or specialized matters to the correct internal teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Research claim histories to support accurate benefit tracking
- Create professional written responses using internal systems
Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Bilingual fluency in English and another language
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or call center settings
- Strong attention to accuracy and adherence to defined procedures
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication, patience, and problem?solving skills
