Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Controller to join our client in King of Prussia, PA on a direct-hire, onsite basis. This leader will guide financial operations across a large hotel portfolio while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in all financial processes. The Controller will oversee accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring high-quality service standards across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is ready to make a strategic impact.
Compensation:
Up to $200,000 annual base salary
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Lead and enhance all financial and accounting functions, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual close processes
• Direct accounting operations including AP, AR, tax filings, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Partner with executive leadership on audits, financial strategy, and real?estate?related financial coordination
• Manage benefit plan administration, insurance programs, and vendor financial relationships

Qualifications and Skills for the Controller:

• 10+ years of hotel or hospitality accounting/audit experience with leadership responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and hotel-based accounting operations
• Ability to manage complex, multi-property financial environments and high-volume workflows
• Flexibility to support occasional nights, weekends, or holidays based on business need
