Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our client’s high-volume distribution environment. In this role, you will help ensure critical products reach healthcare sites by providing timely updates, resolving order issues, and coordinating with operational teams. This position plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflow across purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity based in Moorestown, NJ.
Compensation:
$21 – $23/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
- Provide order status updates and assist with escalations related to delays, backorders, or shipment issues
- Support departments by answering inquiries and verifying information related to inbound and outbound orders
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, shipping/receiving, and transportation teams to resolve order challenges
- Conduct floor checks to validate priorities and ensure order accuracy and completion
- Coordinate with transportation partners to expedite deliveries when necessary
- Experience with order processing, purchase orders, or inventory-related workflows
- Customer service and administrative background in an office setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working in or supporting warehouse/distribution operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems and general data entry processes
