Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our client and support the accurate setup and maintenance of medical and claims policies. This role drives consistency in claims processing by analyzing data, identifying system gaps, and converting business needs into clear system requirements. The Lead Business Analyst will collaborate across departments, support testing efforts, and contribute to operational improvements. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Philadelphia, PA, functioning in a hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday for local candidates.
Compensation:
$55/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst:
- Translate business policies into technical requirements for claims processing
- Analyze claims data and identify inconsistencies or system issues
- Partner with cross functional teams to validate requirements and support implementation
- Lead user acceptance testing and perform quality assurance checks
- Investigate claims incidents and assist with root cause analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in claims operations, business analysis, or requirements documentation
- Strong problem solving, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
