Job Title: Patient Service Reps
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Patient Service Reps to join our client and support high-volume communication between patients, referral partners, and internal healthcare teams. In this remote, temp-to-hire role, you will help ensure accurate intake, seamless coordination, and an excellent service experience for every caller. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical call center environment. Candidates must be able to work a Friday–Tuesday schedule aligned with Arizona hours.
Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Friday–Tuesday, 9 AM–2 PM AZ time (part-time)
Key Responsibilities of the Patient Service Reps:

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while delivering clear, timely support
• Route calls and messages to appropriate departments to maintain workflow efficiency
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry from emails and faxes into internal systems
• Partner with internal teams to guide patients and providers through referral processes
• Conduct follow-up outreach to collect information, provide updates, and support resolution

Qualifications and Skills for the Patient Service Reps:

• Prior experience in a call center, medical office, or customer service focused environment
• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and navigating various computer applications
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced remote setting while maintaining accuracy
