Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Client Relationship Manager to join our client to support strong client partnerships, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure a smooth, high quality service experience. This role acts as the central liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders, guiding communication, resolving challenges, and promoting successful revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will balance data-driven decision-making with exceptional relationship management. This is a fully remote role supporting CST/EST time zones.
Compensation:
$90,000–$105,000/year + bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
- Lead and strengthen client relationships by conducting scheduled reviews, presenting performance insights, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, track action items, and maintain timely communication.
- Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to identify trends, track progress, and guide improvements in client performance.
- Support process optimization by monitoring workflow activities, recommending enhancements, and partnering with compliance, contracting, and quality subject matter experts.
- Contribute to onboarding efforts and provide mentorship to colleagues while ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills for the Client Relationship Manager:
- Background in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related operational field with approximately 3–5 years of experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is welcomed.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making, along with experience using Outlook and workflow/RCM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, lead with professionalism, and maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
