Our Professional Staffing Group (PSG) specializes in Office Administration, Call Center, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Legal Support and has a 30-year track record of success – now providing staffing services in 50 states. Reporting to the Recruiting Director, the LegalRecruiteris responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to fulfill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire non-attorney legal job opportunities for a wide variety of clients. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process focused, and above all, able to build strong relationships with candidates. The Legal Recruiter utilizes creative recruiting methods and creates client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. The Legal Recruiter builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline to address client needs. Key Responsibilities Include:
Recruits qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing activities including but not be limited to market research (i.e., referrals, job fairs, etc.), social media resources (job boards, websites, professional groups) and networking (professional and legal support associations) for legal roles
Focuses recruitment efforts on a wide range of legal support positions including, but not limited to:
paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, legal administrative assistants, corporate and litigation paralegals, personal injury and real estate paralegals, trademark paralegals, trademark docket specialists, trademark support coordinators, legal support managers, and other legal operations and support positions
Actively works on designated job orders as assigned by RD
Assesses candidates’ skills, abilities and work experience through behavior-based interviews conducted via telephone, video, or in-person interviews to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with client requirements
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with both passive and active candidates, including those not on assignment, to build pipelines for upcoming and common recurring needs
Creates compelling job postings to increase potential candidate pools
Presents job opportunities to the candidate; preps, coaches, and debriefs candidate for upcoming client interviews, job offers, counter offers and job transition
Ensures accurate data entry of required candidate profile details into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conducts follow-up activities with the candidate to ensure candidate satisfaction within the first week of their start
Coaches, supervises, and manages candidates on assignment; responds to and addresses standard to moderately complex candidate, temporary employee and/or client inquiries; counsels, disciplines and terminates candidates as necessary
Meets or exceeds specific weekly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics/quotas associated with job tier

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Legal Studies or other related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience in recruiting/staffing
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting legal roles
Exceptional communication skills, initiative, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of individuals (i.e., customers, employees, and management) and in a team environment
Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Track record of proven results, attention to detail and follow through
