Key Responsibilities of the Info Security Analyst:
- Oversee and execute enterprise-wide access certification campaigns using SailPoint, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.
- Strengthen IAM governance by developing standards, refining lifecycle workflows, and driving alignment with industry regulations.
- Perform role mining activities and contribute to role based access control (RBAC) design to streamline permissions and reduce over provisioning.
- Troubleshoot advanced SailPoint and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects and optimize configurations.
- Produce clear documentation, support audits, and provide guidance or mentorship to colleagues participating in IAM initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills for the Info Security Analyst:
- More than five years of hands-on experience in identity & access management, particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- Strong understanding of directory services, including Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical partners.
- Professional certifications in IAM or security are preferred but not required.
