Job Title: Patient Registration Lead
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Patient Registration Lead to join our client to support daily front-end patient access operations and help drive a smooth, positive experience for patients and visitors. This role oversees onsite registration workflows, staff coverage, and service quality while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will guide a team that delivers efficient, accurate patient intake and consistently upholds a welcoming, patient focused environment. This is a
100% onsite position based in
Blue Bell, PA, offered as a
direct hire opportunity.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $72,000/year
Work Schedule:
- Evening shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm, includes rotating weekends (every other Sat & Sun) with two weekdays off when weekend shifts occur
- Day shift: 7:00am–3:30pm
Key Responsibilities of the Patient Registration Lead:
- Oversee daily registration operations, ensuring proper staffing coverage, accurate scheduling, and minimal overtime while supporting smooth department workflow.
- Manage onsite processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, downtime procedures, and financial reconciliation activities.
- Address patient concerns promptly, collaborate with service areas to resolve issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance the registration experience.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members while tracking progress and ensuring staff competency.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monitor compliance with policies, and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere that aligns with organizational values.
Qualifications and Skills for the Patient Registration Lead:
- Experience in patient access, registration, or healthcare operations with previous team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities with the capability to address concerns and coach staff effectively.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and organizational protocols related to patient intake and compliance.
- Proficiency in time and attendance systems, workflow oversight, and meeting established performance standards.
- Ability to foster a positive team culture while maintaining professionalism with patients, families, and colleagues.
