Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client and support a variety of human resources initiatives across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will help drive efficient HR operations by handling reporting needs, coordinating key projects, and managing incoming requests through the team’s ticketing system. You’ll collaborate closely with HR partners across multiple functions while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Compensation:
$31–$34 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Newtown, PA, Fridays remote

Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Support ongoing HR reporting and analytics needs, ensuring accurate data and timely insights for internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day activity within the HR ticketing system by reviewing, assigning, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Oversee small-to-medium HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Partner with various HR teams to streamline processes and maintain consistency in documentation and workflow.
Qualifications and Skills for the HR Generalist:
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or HR generalist function, with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Workday, or comparable platforms.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently across a wide range of HR tasks.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
