Job Title: Medicare Sales Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Medicare Sales Analyst to join our client to support the intake, review, and resolution of Medicare Advantage sales-related complaints and compliance cases. This role ensures that allegations involving sales agents are investigated thoroughly, findings are well-documented, and all activities align with regulatory expectations. The analyst will partner with internal teams, gather information from members and staff, and prepare clear summaries for leadership review. This position plays an important role in supporting operational integrity and meeting CMS-driven timelines.
Compensation:
$40.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (approx. 8:30 AM EST start)
Key Responsibilities of the Medicare Sales Analyst:
- Manage the intake of sales allegation requests by monitoring the designated mailbox and maintaining accurate tracking logs.
- Conduct member and sales agent outreach to collect details needed for investigation and case evaluation.
- Partner with internal teams—including Appeals & Grievances, Enrollment, Claims, Pharmacy, Sales, and Product areas—to verify information and clarify circumstances.
- Summarize findings in structured investigation reports and submit case documentation for management review.
- Organize and store all related materials in shared systems to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
Qualifications and Skills for the Medicare Sales Analyst:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- At least 3 years of related experience within healthcare, managed care, or Medicare operations.
- Familiarity with Medicare compliance, CMS guidelines, or appeals and grievances processes is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills to handle multiple active investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort engaging with members and internal stakeholders.
