Job Title: Title Closer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Title Closer to join our client to support seamless, accurate, and compliant real estate purchase transactions. This role serves as a central liaison among buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and internal teams to ensure every closing is prepared, executed, and finalized with professionalism. The position combines document review, file coordination, problem-solving, and high-touch communication. Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours
100% onsite in Blue Bell, PA
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties by providing timely updates and clear explanations of closing requirements.
• Review, prepare, and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, affidavits, and related documentation while verifying that disbursements follow all instructions and regulations.
• Resolve document issues, obtain necessary conveyance or curative items, and partner closely with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance.
• Collaborate with internal operations, offshore support teams, and external partners to maintain smooth workflow across a high-volume closing environment.
• A related degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience is welcomed; ability to work both independently and under general supervision.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation abilities across verbal and written formats.
• Familiarity with closing software such as ResWare or comparable systems, along with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy under pressure, and build trust with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Title Closer:
• Oversee all phases of the purchase closing cycle, ensuring documents, timelines, and deliverables are accurate and compliant from pre-closing through post-closing.• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties by providing timely updates and clear explanations of closing requirements.
• Review, prepare, and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, affidavits, and related documentation while verifying that disbursements follow all instructions and regulations.
• Resolve document issues, obtain necessary conveyance or curative items, and partner closely with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance.
• Collaborate with internal operations, offshore support teams, and external partners to maintain smooth workflow across a high-volume closing environment.
Qualifications and Skills for the Title Closer:
• 3+ years of experience in title, settlement, or residential closing; national purchase exposure is highly valued.• A related degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience is welcomed; ability to work both independently and under general supervision.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation abilities across verbal and written formats.
• Familiarity with closing software such as ResWare or comparable systems, along with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
