Job Title: Tax Services Analyst

Compensation:
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Tax Services Analyst:
- Support daily tax processing by printing, sorting, reviewing, and mailing physical tax payments while maintaining high accuracy.
- Assist across multiple operational units—including escrow, cash handling, and related processes—based on changing priorities and staffing needs.
- Monitor inventory of check stock and other materials, ensuring timely replenishment to maintain workflow continuity.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements or solutions for recurring issues.
- Record completed work in internal systems, maintain organized documentation, and contribute ideas for automation or efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills for the Tax Services Analyst:
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and document work accurately.
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle physical paperwork and checks throughout the workday in a controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- High School Diploma required; prior office, banking, or payment-processing experience is helpful but not required.
