Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fiduciary Tax Coordinator to join our client and support the smooth processing, tracking, and administration of trust-related tax filings. In this role, you will help maintain accurate records, ensure timely payments, and assist tax advisors with critical documentation needed for return preparation. This position plays a key part in keeping fiduciary tax operations organized, compliant, and running efficiently. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, requiring 3–4 days onsite, with potential for full onsite training.
Compensation:
$20–$21 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Fiduciary Tax Coordinator:
- Support the preparation, filing, and status tracking of federal and state fiduciary tax returns while maintaining detailed processing records.
- Ensure accurate management of estimated tax data, including coordinating with Relationship Managers regarding necessary cash amounts and processing payments on time.
- Handle administrative tax functions such as processing check requests, depositing refund checks, and maintaining thorough document management records.
- Assist Tax Advisors by gathering and organizing information required for return completion and collaborating effectively with tax operations colleagues.
- Participate in department and firm initiatives aimed at improving processes, driving efficiencies, and enhancing team capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills for the Fiduciary Tax Coordinator:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree is welcomed.
- At least two years of experience in financial services, ideally within a fiduciary or trust-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with electronic systems and document management tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem?solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, along with a proactive work ethic and ability to support colleagues and clients professionally.
