Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Loan Specialist to join our client to support the administration, coordination, and servicing of commercial lending activities. This role helps ensure accurate processing of loan documentation, smooth communication between internal teams and external partners, and timely resolution of loan-related issues. You will contribute to the operational effectiveness of syndicated and participated loan portfolios while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys working with complex financial documentation.
Compensation:
$25–$28/hour
Work Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Loan Specialist:
- Review, interpret, and support the administration of commercial loan documents, including items related to syndications and participations.
- Coordinate loan setup, maintenance, and ongoing servicing to ensure accuracy and compliance with lending standards.
- Research issues or discrepancies and deliver timely, well-reasoned solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external contacts to maintain clear and professional communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- A degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent commercial lending experience is fully valued.
- 3+ years of experience supporting commercial loan operations, including exposure to syndications and participations.
- Strong working knowledge of legal documentation related to commercial lending.
- Proven analytical, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Excel and nCino is strongly preferred.
