Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative to join our client to support accurate data processing, account qualification, and communication across customer, broker, and internal channels. This role helps drive the workflow of account setup, rating, and quoting by gathering key information, researching property data, and ensuring submissions comply with established guidelines. The position blends analytical tasks with customer interaction in a fast?paced, insurance?related environment. This is a contract?to?hire opportunity based in Wayne, PA, operating on a hybrid schedule. Compensation:
$20.00/hour Work Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Associate:
• Process account, location, and values data using Excel-based tools and enter final details accurately into quoting and rating systems.
• Research property information, prior coverage, and loss history using internal databases and online resources while ensuring accounts meet established eligibility guidelines.
• Communicate with brokers, agencies, customers, and internal departments by phone and email to gather details, clarify submissions, and support account handling.
• Prepare and update quotes within authority limits by reviewing exposures, adjusting pricing, and issuing new business when appropriate.
• Support additional departmental needs, including ordering risk assessments, handling written customer requests, and completing monthly exception account tasks.
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Solutions Associate:
• Experience working with detailed account, data entry, or rating tasks requiring accuracy and consistency.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer inquiries across phone and email channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, along with comfort navigating web-based research tools.
• Ability to interpret internal guidelines, research property information, and qualify accounts based on defined criteria.
• Steady work history demonstrating reliability and commitment; degree preferred but equivalent experience valued.
