Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client to support customer interactions and strengthen service delivery for their virtual banking operations. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshoot issues across multiple banking products, and ensure each client receives efficient, accurate, and friendly support. This fully remote, Pennsylvania?based opportunity requires someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working independently within a virtual team. Candidates with prior banking experience will excel in this fast?paced, customer?centric position. This is a contract?to?hire opportunity offering long?term potential.
Compensation:
$18.50/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

• Deliver responsive phone, email, and chat support to customers seeking assistance with various banking products and online services.
• Guide clients through questions related to checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and auto loans while ensuring a smooth and clear customer experience.
• Resolve concerns, troubleshoot system issues, and document outcomes while upholding professional and service?oriented communication.
• Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to research information, process requests, and support customer needs.
• Collaborate with remote teammates and remain adaptable when business needs require scheduling adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills for the Call Center Representative:

• Prior experience in a bank or financial institution is required, with strong familiarity in retail banking operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills supported by strong customer?service instincts.
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems while managing tasks in a remote work setup.
• Organized, reliable, and self?motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to schedule changes when needed.
