Job Title: Loan Advisor
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Loan Advisor to join our client and support customers through the mortgage lending journey while driving strong call?center sales performance. In this role, you will guide borrowers in identifying the right home loan solutions, manage applications from initial inquiry through documentation, and uphold strict compliance and licensing standards. This position begins with a structured training program designed to prepare you for licensing and long?term success as a mortgage sales professional. This is a remote, direct?hire opportunity operating on EST hours.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST
One Saturday per month
Flexibility for occasional extended hours required

Key Responsibilities of the Loan Advisor:
- Support customers by evaluating financial information, explaining available mortgage products, and guiding them through the application process once licensed.
- Manage high?volume inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into qualified applications while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of required documents, disclosures, and licensing obligations in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Consistently follow established sales processes and compliance protocols to meet quality standards and exceed performance goals.
- Continuously develop mortgage industry knowledge, maintain licensure, and uphold a professional, customer?centric presence.
Qualifications and Skills for the Loan Advisor:
- High school diploma required; additional education or related training is valued.
- At least one year of mortgage sales experience (e.g., loan officer, similar banking role).
- Must pass the NMLS SAFE exam within the first 30 days and maintain all required state licenses.
- Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales abilities in a fast?paced call center environment.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
