Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our client to support patient engagement and membership growth through a consultative sales approach. This direct hire opportunity is located in Boca Raton, FL and operates onsite in a structured call center environment. In this role, you will connect with prospective members through targeted outbound campaigns and guide them through program benefits in a personalized, service-oriented way. The position blends relationship-building, communication, and sales strategy to help prospective members understand available healthcare program options and make informed decisions.
Compensation:
$22.00 – $23.00/hour + monthly commission
