Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an
Accounting Coordinator to join our client to support daily financial operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow within the Accounting department. In this role, you will coordinate internal communications, prepare reports and documentation, and assist leadership with scheduling and project tasks. This position plays a key part in maintaining accurate commission records, organizing department activities, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. This is a

Cherry Hill, NJ.
Compensation:
$27.00 – $30.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator:
- Support departmental leaders by organizing calendars, preparing meeting materials, arranging travel, and maintaining ongoing project follow-up systems.
- Coordinate communication across teams and with external customers, responding to inquiries and routing issues appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Process carrier commission payments, reconcile related financial data, and accurately track information across multiple systems and software platforms.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; manage incoming mail, maintain filing systems, and ensure supplies and administrative processes stay organized.
- Assist in developing departmental procedures, take meeting minutes, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows.
Qualifications and Skills for the Accounting Coordinator:
- Prior administrative or office support experience, ideally within an accounting or business operations environment.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
