Job Title: Benefits Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Benefits Coordinator to join our client to support the accurate and compliant administration of employee benefit programs. In this role, you will ensure benefit data is properly configured, maintained, and reconciled within the HRIS while keeping carrier information aligned and error?free. You will play a key role in system operations, financial accuracy, and regulatory reporting, helping strengthen the organization’s overall benefits infrastructure. This position is
100% onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ and is a
direct hire opportunity.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator:
- Oversee daily HRIS and benefits operations, ensuring accurate system configuration, data integrity, and timely updates across the ADP Workforce Now platform.
- Manage benefit plan structures, eligibility rules, deduction settings, and all ADP WFN Benefits module configurations, including ongoing technical maintenance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated carrier file feeds, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain clean, reliable transmission processes with all benefit partners.
- Conduct recurring audits of carrier invoices and payroll deductions, reconcile variances, support open enrollment setup, and ensure post-enrollment accuracy.
- Assist with compliance reporting such as ACA tracking, 1095-C preparation, Form 5500 data collection, COBRA communication accuracy, and leave?related benefit calculations.
Qualifications and Skills for the Benefits Coordinator:
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
- 3–5+ years of experience in benefits administration with hands?on responsibility for HRIS processes and benefit operations.
- Demonstrated expertise using ADP Workforce Now, including benefits module setup, reporting, and file feed management.
- Strong Excel abilities—including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs—used for audits, reconciliations, and high?volume data review.
- Detail?driven, confidential, and proactive professional with the ability to navigate sensitive information and manage multiple priorities independently.
