Job Title: Member Services Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our client to support a large national membership population and deliver clear guidance on billing, account access, and service questions. This role focuses on building trust through confident phone communication while helping members navigate account concerns, payments, and service continuation. The representative will manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a structured setting and ensure each interaction reflects strong service values. This position is based fully on site in Boca Raton, Florida and is a direct hire opportunity.
Compensation:
$19.50 to $20.50 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM after training

Key Responsibilities of the Member Services Representative:

  • Support a large incoming call volume by guiding members through billing questions, account issues, and general service needs.
  • Manage outgoing calls focused on payment resolution and account follow up with an emphasis on preserving membership value.
  • Assist members with account access concerns such as portal use, password resets, and general navigation of digital tools.
  • Handle challenging conversations involving cancellations or escalations while maintaining composure and positive communication.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system while following service standards and confidentiality expectations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Member Services Representative:

  • Experience in areas such as customer retention, collections, escalation support, loyalty programs, or relationship based service.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities with confidence in phone based interactions and the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Consistent work history with careful attention to detail and clear, professional communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with preference for Salesforce, and comfort working in a structured call center environment.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and focused on delivering dependable service in a fast paced setting.
