Job Title: Sr HR Generalist Benefits
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr HR Generalist Benefits to join our client to support the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of retirement and global benefits programs. In this role, you will guide the daily operation of the company’s United States retirement plans while also assisting with benefit offerings across international locations. You will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This position plays a key part in helping employees understand their retirement options and ensuring benefit programs run efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $95,000 annually plus bonus potential
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Sr HR Generalist Benefits:

• Oversee the daily administration of United States retirement plans including enrollments, contributions, audits, filings, and coordination with recordkeepers and advisors
• Deliver retirement education and financial wellness support through presentations, individual guidance, and partnership with external benefit experts
• Assist with the administration and ongoing improvement of international benefit programs while ensuring alignment with local requirements and company standards
• Monitor regulatory updates, maintain compliance with governing agencies, and support internal committees with reporting, documentation, and plan governance
• Manage vendor relationships by monitoring performance, facilitating issue resolution, and participating in contract reviews and strategic discussions

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr HR Generalist Benefits:

• A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is welcomed
• Several years of experience administering retirement plans with a strong understanding of 401k operations, compliance rules, and employee benefit processes
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office with the ability to analyze data and prepare insights for leadership
• Strong communication, project management, and problem solving abilities with a commitment to confidentiality and employee service
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and navigating complex regulatory requirements
