Job Title: Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist to join our client to support strategic marketing initiatives that enhance sales efforts and strengthen customer engagement. In this role, you will contribute to the development of compelling presentations, targeted communications, and client focused collateral that help teams convey value and deepen relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross functional partners to shape messaging, improve content quality, and ensure materials align with evolving business needs. This temporary hybrid opportunity is based in Philadelphia and requires candidates to reside in PA, NJ, or DE.
Compensation:
$36.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid schedule on site Tuesday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist:
• Support the creation of presentations, client collateral, and sales materials used for finalist discussions, performance reviews, and targeted outreach
• Deliver customer focused communication pieces for multiple channels, including scheduled newsletters, email campaigns, and informational content
• Assist in developing materials tailored to member populations or unique client requirements while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Help coordinate internal run throughs and alignment sessions to finalize content and maintain presentation quality
• Provide market insights, contribute ideas to strengthen value messaging, and assist with event marketing needs for sales driven audiences
Qualifications and Skills for the Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist:
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience is welcomed
• One to two years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields with a solid grasp of marketing principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and stay organized under tight deadlines
• Access to an Android or iOS device compatible with Microsoft Authenticator and flexibility to work extended hours when needed
