Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Sales Coordinator to join our client to support daily sales operations and help strengthen account management efforts. This role plays a key part in keeping sales activities organized by producing accurate reporting, preparing proposal documents, and maintaining essential data within internal systems. The Sales Coordinator will partner closely with sales and account management teams to streamline back office processes and ensure they have the information they need to drive revenue. 100 percent onsite, contract to hire role based in
Jacksonville, Florida.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Support sales leadership and account managers by preparing proposals, maintaining CRM updates, and delivering routine reporting that supports revenue goals.
- Compile and interpret sales metrics by pulling data, generating reports, and identifying trends for internal review.
- Maintain organized documentation, ensure accuracy across platforms, and streamline data entry to improve reporting reliability.
- Coordinate cross functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather information and respond to internal requests.
- Handle administrative tasks that keep the sales department running smoothly, including researching answers to unclear or evolving requests.
Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Coordinator:
- Strong administrative background with the ability to manage data, produce reports, and work confidently within multiple software systems.
- Tech savvy mindset with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with platforms such as monday dot com or CRM tools.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving abilities and a desire to work with numbers, metrics, and business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach in corporate environments.
- Experience supporting cross department teams or previous internships in sales, operations, or business functions is a plus.
