Job Title: Benefits Solutions Sales Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Benefits Solutions Sales Manager to join our client to guide a developing sales team and strengthen revenue growth across an expanding market. This role is centered on building productive broker relationships, shaping sales strategies, and ensuring consistent execution across the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, hands on sales expertise, and comfort working within the employee benefits space. This position offers the opportunity to influence business development while contributing to the long term success of the organization.
Compensation:
$75,000 base salary plus commission
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Solutions Sales Manager:

• Lead day to day sales activities by coaching team members, setting performance expectations, and supporting overall development
• Design and execute sales strategies that grow the broker network, expand client relationships, and identify new market opportunities
• Review sales metrics, evaluate trends, and present insights to senior leadership to guide business decisions
• Support the complete sales cycle through prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing activities, with consistent CRM documentation
• Collaborate across marketing and operations to align messaging, streamline processes, and strengthen customer experience

Qualifications and Skills for the Benefits Solutions Sales Manager:

• Successful background in sales leadership with measurable achievements in team performance and revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with comfort managing broker and client relationships
• Ability to interpret sales data, evaluate market trends, and adjust plans to improve outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with strong organizational and time management abilities
• A related bachelor degree is preferred, and experience in the employee benefits industry (FSA, HSA, COBRA, brokerage) is strongly valued
