Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our client to support incoming borrower questions and contribute to customer experience and retention efforts. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their existing accounts, identifying needs and ensuring callers receive accurate guidance. Representatives will manage both service focused conversations and outreach campaigns designed to strengthen engagement. This long term contract position is fully remote and offers opportunities for advancement into higher tier service teams.
Compensation:
$19 per hour
Work Schedule:
Call center hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 11 PM EST, with rotating Saturday coverage from 9 AM to 1 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Support inbound borrower calls by understanding needs, providing solutions, or directing callers to the appropriate specialist.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while helping improve overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage targeted outbound campaigns using prepared scripts to introduce services and encourage ongoing engagement.
  • Meet established call volume expectations and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Contribute to a team environment that values responsiveness, reliability, and high quality service.

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Previous success in both inbound and outbound customer support roles, ideally in service driven environments.
  • Experience in banking, mortgage, student loan services, or telecom is strongly preferred; related insurance experience is also acceptable.
  • A customer focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity during calls.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to determine when issues can be resolved or escalated.
  • Comfort working in a structured call center environment and meeting productivity goals.
