Job Title: Sr Compliance Analyst (Benefits)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr Compliance Analyst (Benefits) to join our client to support the advancement of a comprehensive compliance and privacy program across the organization. This role ensures internal processes align with regulatory expectations, strengthens risk awareness, and promotes ethical business practices. The Sr Compliance Analyst will help guide compliance governance, enhance reporting and review processes, and assist with privacy initiatives that safeguard organizational data. This position offers a key opportunity to influence operational standards and contribute to a strong culture of accountability.
Compensation:
$95,000 to $110,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
On site Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia PA
Work from home Monday and Friday after training
Key Responsibilities of the Sr Compliance Analyst (Benefits):
• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a robust compliance framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Oversee policy creation, updates, and communication to ensure compliance and privacy documentation remains accurate and accessible.
• Guide the annual review and monitoring process by assessing program gaps, analyzing risk areas, and recommending improvements.
• Deliver clear and engaging training that promotes compliance awareness and helps employees understand expectations.
• Prepare high quality reports and presentations for internal committees, the Board, and regulatory bodies while serving as a point of contact for exams and inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr Compliance Analyst (Benefits):
• A degree in business, law, finance, or a related discipline is preferred, and equivalent experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of experience working in compliance, legal, or risk related functions within an organization.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory structures, compliance methodologies, and privacy practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with independence.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
