Job Title: Mortgage Closer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Closer to join our client to support the seamless preparation and delivery of completed loan packages. This role ensures that all closing documentation is accurate, compliant and ready for post closing review and investor submission. The Mortgage Closer will maintain strong attention to detail while coordinating with internal teams to finalize loan files. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity based in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
• Oversee the verification, entry, and reconciliation of all closing related data to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate the follow up and retrieval of outstanding post closing documents
• Finalize closed loan files and organize them for shipment to servicers, investors or applicable agencies
• Maintain strong understanding of regulatory requirements to support compliant closing processes
• Strong working knowledge of TRID guidelines and mortgage regulatory requirements
• Ability to work fully onsite in Trevose Pennsylvania
• Solid understanding of real estate documentation, appraisal standards and financial information
• Exceptional accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Closer:
• Prepare and assemble complete and accurate closing packages for review and execution• Oversee the verification, entry, and reconciliation of all closing related data to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate the follow up and retrieval of outstanding post closing documents
• Finalize closed loan files and organize them for shipment to servicers, investors or applicable agencies
• Maintain strong understanding of regulatory requirements to support compliant closing processes
Qualifications and Skills for the Mortgage Closer:
• At least five years of hands on mortgage closing experience• Strong working knowledge of TRID guidelines and mortgage regulatory requirements
• Ability to work fully onsite in Trevose Pennsylvania
• Solid understanding of real estate documentation, appraisal standards and financial information
• Exceptional accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail
