Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our client to support a variety of interview coordination, candidate engagement, and event based initiatives that strengthen their hiring efforts. In this role, you will help streamline the interview process, partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment activities moving forward, and contribute to team building events that foster strong connections within the call center environment. This position requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities with accuracy. This is a fully remote contract role.
Compensation:
$40 to $45 per hour
Work Schedule:
Normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:
• Support the end to end scheduling and coordination of onsite interviews and related hiring activities
• Partner with hiring managers on resume review, intake discussions, weekly team updates, and preparation for hiring events
• Deliver logistical support for call center wide meetings, town halls, and other internal gatherings
• Coordinate and help execute engagement initiatives such as food truck days, team lunches, games, and other activities to strengthen employee relationships
• Build rapport with employees and candidates to encourage participation and assist with referral generation
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:
• Experience supporting interview coordination, scheduling, or recruitment activities
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• Proven organizational abilities with comfort managing several priorities at once
• Experience supporting events or meetings is helpful, though not required
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
