Job Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator to join our client to support outreach efforts that strengthen customer engagement within energy efficiency programs. This role plays an important part in educating residential and commercial customers about cost saving, environmentally focused solutions while helping drive participation goals. The coordinator will blend phone based outreach, customer guidance, and event support to ensure customers receive accurate information and a positive service experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is motivated by helping customers make informed decisions.
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and remote Wednesday and Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator:
• Support customer engagement by handling inbound calls and conducting proactive outreach to explain available energy efficiency programs and offerings
• Guide customers through enrollment options and promote benefits that encourage participation and program conversions
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals by delivering clear communication, accurate information, and timely follow up
• Assist with marketing activities by helping coordinate or attending events that raise awareness of program initiatives
• Provide general support across the team, contributing to promotions, reporting, and other program needs
Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator:
• A related associate degree is preferred, though equivalent experience is welcome
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required for success
• Strong communication skills, a motivated attitude, and comfort engaging with customers by phone
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Word, Outlook, and common desktop applications
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills, social media experience, and the ability to work well with cross functional teams
