Job Title: Disability and Leave Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Disability and Leave Coordinator to join our client to support employees through the full cycle of absence management and ensure accurate processing of related payroll activities. This role plays an important part in guiding associates through disability, family leave, and accommodation processes while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The coordinator will manage a busy caseload, document inquiries, and partner across HR functions to keep leave data accurate and up to date. This is a contract role based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with a hybrid schedule.
Compensation:
$33 to $35 per hour
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
Hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote


Key Responsibilities of the Disability and Leave Coordinator:

  • Support employees with disability, family leave, and workplace accommodation needs while ensuring timely communication and precise documentation.
  • Oversee payroll reporting tied to active leaves, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all data aligns with policy and legal requirements.
  • Maintain working knowledge of federal and state leave laws and apply them consistently throughout the leave administration process.
  • Respond to a large volume of inbound calls, record case details, and guide both employees and managers through leave procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to gather employee information, track paperwork, and maintain complete and accurate leave files.

Qualifications and Skills for the Disability and Leave Coordinator:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, and comparable hands on leave administration experience is highly valued.
  • Two or more years supporting FMLA, disability, accommodations, and state leave programs.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or similar HR and payroll systems.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
